Chapter 2

ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

Only products with tag “Add to bag” are available to pre-order or to buy in-season. In case of any doubt about the products’ availability, kindly send us an e-mail to Customer Service (office@ghlass.com).

For in-season items, we do not accept modifications of the order after the order has been placed and the confirmation e-mail has been sent.

For pre-order items, you may cancel your order within 24h of placing it. To modify your order (shipping address, phone number, recipient name, etc.) you must reach out to office@ghlass.com with your order number and the desired change. You have 24h to email us if you would like to make any modifications (the above-mentioned, or other - size, colour, etc.). 

If you need immediate assistance regarding an order or have any shipping issues, please send us an email at office@ghlass.com.

After 24h, orders cannot be canceled unless the shipment is unavoidably delayed. In this case, we will do our best to cancel the order if requested. Any delays, production changes, or cancellations will be communicated to the customer as soon as it is confirmed by the designer. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether your credit card has been charged or not. If applicable, your order will be refunded in the original form of payment. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, we will issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge and notify you that your order was cancelled. We also have the right to change the products availability and upload new prices based on the final release date.

Chapter 3

CONTACT AND REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The only way to enter GHLASS is by invitation or application. With either option, you must open an account and provide us the information requested to become part of the GHLASS Club. In this registration you must provide your personal and valid information with your full name, email and other information requested. Once you are accepted (after you receive a GHLASS email confirmation), you can access and change your account via the GHLASS website. You are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your own password. If anything is incorrect with your personal details, please contact us at office@ghlass.com.

Chapter 4

PRICES, SHIPPING FEES, TAXES, AND INTERNATIONAL DUTIES

All pricing for the Products is subject to change. For all our prices and Products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, Product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, and other extenuating circumstances. All prices are VAT included and shipping charges, taxes and duties may apply. All relevant shipping fees, import taxes, and duties will be charged at the time the Product is ready for shipment. The costs of shipping and any import taxes, and duties paid are non-refundable. International orders will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and could potentially incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. The product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. This charge is ultimately determined by your local customs authority. These payments must be fulfilled in order for your order to be released from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office.
